Cultural Bridge Strategies designs the systems, partnerships, and cultural frameworks that build the infrastructure between what organizations say they value and how they actually operate.
Most organizations have a gap between their stated commitments — to equity, to innovation, to their people — and their actual workflows, partnerships, and internal culture. That gap is not a values problem. It is a structural one.
CBS works with cultural institutions, organizational leaders, and executive teams to excavate that gap, design the architecture to close it, and activate the conditions that make values operational rather than aspirational.
Founded by Sirita Wright — cultural strategist, organizational designer, and creator of the Protection-Centered Management Framework.
Every engagement runs through three phases. The depth of each phase is calibrated to the organization's specific gap — no two engagements are identical.
Surface the gap between stated values and operational reality. Map where the disconnect lives — in systems, in partnerships, in the sensory and cultural conditions of the organization itself.
Design the structural interventions. Systems. Frameworks. Partnership infrastructure. The scaffolding that makes the values a lived experience rather than a mission statement.
Move from design to operation. Launch, embed, and sustain. Build the internal capacity to hold the infrastructure after CBS leaves the room.
Conceived, designed, and led the execution of the first-in-the-nation mobile B2B cannabis exchange — connecting social equity licensees with institutional buyers, distributors, and capital partners via a multi-stop bus tour. Inaugural event launched May 2026, hosted by Maryland Cabinet Secretary.
Developed the concept framework for a consumer-facing Cannabis Reinvestment Fund awareness and activation ecosystem. The framework creates a direct connection between dispensary transactions and community reinvestment — a model designed to scale CRRF visibility and community trust-building statewide.
Led OSE's adoption and full implementation of its first comprehensive project management platform — architecting workflow structures for newsletter production, technical assistance programs, event communications, and staff coordination across 8+ team members.
Built and sustained a stakeholder communications infrastructure with 2,100+ active subscribers and a 44.75% average open rate — more than double the government communications benchmark of 20–25%.
PCM is a structural assessment framework that diagnoses and corrects the conditions that extract disproportionate labor from high-burden employees. Not a wellness initiative. Not a DEI training program. A diagnostic instrument with four modules and a RAG scoring system across six organizational categories.
